Frequently Asked Questions



How many portable toilets do I need for my event?

As a general rule, one standard unit accommodates approximately 50–75 guests for a 4- to 6-hour event. For events serving food and beverages, or lasting longer, additional units or luxury trailers are recommended.



How does mobile RV tank dumping work?

Simply book a time slot with our team and provide your campsite or driveway location. You do not need to move your RV—our truck accesses your site, connects to your dump valves, flushes the tanks, and leaves the area completely clean.



What is included in the 3-Year Septic Warranty?

Our 3-year warranty covers workmanship and materials on full system installations and major structural repairs performed by our team. We also send automated reminders when your system is due for regular maintenance.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Basin Septic and Rental LLC did an outstanding job for us. Over the course of four site visits in less than five days, they drained our septic tank, added extensions to the access risers, and installed a distribution box — all with impressive efficiency and care. Our technician, Bayley Genereux, was knowledgeable, extremely professional, and great to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process and even texted photos of the repairs so I knew exactly what was happening. Reliable, responsive, and thorough. I highly recommend Basin Septic and Rental LLC.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. One of the best 💩 experiences in a porta potty that I've ever had! Would definitely 💩 here again! It smelled nice (like actually) and I wasn't scared of being taken over by a germ infestation. Well done!
